Enlightenment #3, the final film in the set, achieves the most emotionally-committed level of analogy through the camera’s empathic identification with Enlightenment. Enlightenment occurs on three levels in the film: the pages of a book become light-filled, the viewer becomes enlightened as pages and words become recognizable, and the actor finds the enlightenment the camera personifies.
