This study incorporated four sections—tame (LRRH), wild (Wolf), aggressive (Wolf), and adventurous (LRRH)—for the first 1/4 of the documentary. Continual transition defines the piece. However, the introduction of camera movements, color, styles, disparate sound sources, etc. into the mix convoluted some of the earlier studies. Upon reflection, the piece moved away from the focus of the subquestions of the project. I will be returning to some more methodical studies that focus on duration, rhythm & pacing, and syntax. Thus the structure previously determined (extremes meeting and switching) will be set aside to remain more flexible in the studies. |
