Another quick study that lacked a context. I was thinking about the passage of time as expressed in verb tenses. These studies, as simple as they are, were allowing me to get my bearings in all the new software. I'm balancing between Flash, AfterEffects, and Combustion. This particular piece drove home the need to think about the affordances of the medium. There is no point in making things that I could have made in Photoshop. What can be done in time that can not be conceived of in print? |
