I'd been watching lots of stop-motion and time-lapse videos of things in nature existing, growing, dying, being over time. These video studies are truncated to show an overview of the various exercises I put 3-dimensional physical letters through. In beginning to determine what transitions are in motion typography, these became initial visualizations of transitional verbs. The leap to create these qualities into digital poetic translations (as opposed to exactly modeling burning type) has been a constant struggle as I learn the technology.
